High performance intakes for F10 550i N63TU vehicles. Intakes are designed for maximum flow and are optimized for the larger compressor inducer diameter of hybrid turbos. The cross section of the intakes, from the filter up to the inlet is the equivalent of 3.5″ tubing. Intakes are a three piece design for each bank – filter adapter, main intake section, and inlet, with O-rings to seal each joint. 3D printed from three different types of carbon fiber infused material (PAHT-CF, PET-CF, and PPA-CF). Inlet material is rated to withstand temperatures up to 440 degF. Inlets attach to stock PCV system with no modifications needed (with clearance to the hood, even with the stock insulation panel). Compatible with stock diagonal strut tower braces. Modifications to the plastic cowling on the sides of the radiator are required for installation (a cutting template is provided).

Includes all hardware, including K&N RE-2590 filters and RU-2590DK filter wraps (which minimize water ingestion and can significantly extend the life of the filters with no impact to performance) and MAF block-off plates if running MAFless.
Requires custom DME tuning to adjust the MAF sensor calibration tables (table data can be provided if using a different tuner). Alternatively, the MAF sensors can be removed and the supplied block-off plates installed to run MAFless – the car will run fine in that configuration (using pressure sensor data instead of MAF sensor data, like other BMW engines that have no MAF sensor), though there will be a permanent CEL.
